Startup Support Specialist
The Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge is a unique project in the CEE scale implemented by the Cooperation Fund Foundation (www.cofund.org.pl) in cooperation with partner venture capital funds. The project aims to connect Ukrainian start-ups and research & development projects with the Polish innovation support ecosystem (VC funds, government agencies, large companies, and private investors). As part of it, we organize a series of events in several cities in Ukraine (meetups) with the final central event - being the Kyiv Tech Hub conference. Our task is also to support start-ups from Ukraine with knowledge and experience through the Support Center for Ukrainian Startups. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2023.
We are looking for a person to join our international team in Warsaw who will complement its competencies and start cooperation with it efficiently:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

participation in approaching and preliminary analysis of applicants for the Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge acceleration program
-
communication with start-ups as well as institutional and business partners of the project
-
supporting the startup community created at PUSB through remote communication channels and on-site activities at Co-work PUSB
-
ongoing service and support of acceleration program in cooperation with mentors and leading expert
-
support for the organization of meetups in Poland and partner events in Poland and abroad
-
close cooperation with other team members and the project manager
-
participation in industry meetings/events in Poland and abroad
What do we expect:

last year's student or university graduate (preferred financial/economic or related faculties)
-
analytical approach and communication skills
-
efficient in written and spoken the English language
-
flexibility and mobility appropriate to the implementation of an international project, including readiness for frequent trips abroad
-
reliability and independence in fulfilling entrusted duties
-
openness to establishing relationships and a people-friendly attitude :)

very good organization of own work and commitment to the work performed
-
ability to conduct public presentations will be an asset
-
dealing with multitasking and treating business dynamics as a challenge rather than a problem
-
Ukrainian language skills will be a great asset
