The Leonardo da Vinci Programme aimed to improve the quality of vocational education and training systems in EU member states and to adapt their education systems to the needs of the labor market. The programme supported the exchange of experiences and information on vocational education between individual countries and promoted the idea of common standards in vocational education.
The Office of Coordination of Personnel Training of the Cooperation Fund Foundation acted as the National Agency of the Leonardo da Vinci Programme.
