Phare Institutional Development of Public Administration (Institution Building) 2001, 2002, 2003 is a programme supporting the modernisation of the public administration sector in Poland, also in the context of Poland's membership in the European Union.
The Financing and Contracting Unit, operating within the Cooperation Fund Foundation, coordinated and handled the financial and contractual aspects of a number of projects included in it.
