Polish-Japanese bilateral cooperation – the Japanese government's aid program for Poland, was managed by the Office of Personnel Training Coordination in the Cooperation Fund, which coordinated it, recruited participants for training in Japan and approved the arrival of Japanese volunteers in accordance with the needs of Polish organizations.
