Additional Information

The aim of the project "Recommendations for increasing the scope and relevance of professional activation of young people in the Masovian Voivodeship" is to increase the scope and relevance of the offer of labor market institutions in the Masovian Voivodeship (IRP), addressed to young people who are in the most difficult situation on the labor market.

The emerging partnership aims to develop a set of recommendations for the Masovian IRP. It will include representatives from: Labor Market Institutions, entities operating in the education system, employers, social assistance and integration institutions, and entities dealing with youth.

The starting point for preparing recommendations will be an analysis based on existing documents, strategies, and programs, as well as an assessment of the support provided to young people in the labor market to date. The recommendations will be prepared by experts employed as part of the project,
and the role of the partners will be to consult the developed results during project meetings.

The set of recommendations will take into account the needs and capabilities of young people, regional realities, local labor market conditions, and employer expectations. The set of recommendations will also include proposed competition criteria that will contribute to increasing the scope and relevance of the activation offer. A set of proposed actions will be prepared to ensure the sustainability of the project's results.

The project is being implemented from June to December 2016.

The Partnership for Supporting Youth, established as part of the project, continues its work, primarily by taking steps to disseminate and implement the developed "Recommendations…". The Partnership is open and invites all entities wishing to participate in activities aimed at supporting the activation of young people in the Masovian labor market to join.
