Pursuant to the agreement signed in June 2013 between the Ministry of Economy and the Cooperation Fund Foundation, the Foundation performs technical verification of payment applications at the beneficiary's premises. The agreement is valid until July 30, 2015.
Accounting documents confirming eligible expenditures in payment applications submitted by the Implementing Authority (IA) are subject to verification. Beneficiaries subject to verification under Measures 4.5.2, 6.2.2, and 6.5.2 of the Innovative Economy Operational Programme (POIG) are entrepreneurs and local governments. The scope of verification includes confirming the eligibility of expenditures presented in payment applications submitted to the Independent Authority (IB) (Ministry of Economy), as well as audits of public procurement.
The verification covers projects implemented under the following sub-measures of the Innovative Economy Operational Programme:

- Sub-measure 4.5.2 "Support for investments in the modern services sector"
Priority axis 6 "Polish economy on the international market"
- Sub-measure 6.2.2 "Support for study and conceptual activities as part of the preparation of investment trainers for investment projects"
- Sub-measure 6.5.2 "Support for entrepreneurs' participation in promotion programs"
