Assistance on the Transport of Dangerous Goods
Based on the cooperation agreement of 21 May 2014, signed between the General Inspectorate of Road Transport and the Cooperation Fund Foundation , the International Cooperation Office provides administrative and financial support for the twinning agreement " Assistance on the Transport of Dangerous Goods ", implemented for the benefit of the Turkish Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications.
The twinning agreement was notified by the Central Finance and Contracts Unit (CFCU) of Turkey on March 21, 2014. The project implementation period is 18 months. The main objective of the project is to promote a modified system for the transport of dangerous goods in accordance with EU law by conducting a series of training courses, examinations, and developing and implementing an appropriate system for monitoring drivers and safety advisors in Turkey.
