The Transition Facility 2004 and 2005 is a programme whose projects were partly coordinated and managed from the financial and contractual perspective by the Financing and Contracting Unit operating within the Cooperation Fund Foundation.
Its aim was to continue the process of strengthening the administration and justice system and implementing European Union legislation in the new Member States.
