The project aimed to increase the chances of maintaining employment status for 80 individuals living or working in Warsaw who are scheduled for layoff or at risk of layoff for reasons beyond their control. This goal was achieved through various forms of support, such as counseling, workshops, vocational training, business preparation, and financial and advisory support for these activities.
The project ended on September 30, 2015.
Within 100 days of the completion of the "Capital Career Center" POKL project, and in accordance with project reporting guidelines, the project team informed MJWPU of the achievement of the employment effectiveness indicator, which was monitored for another three months after project completion. We are pleased to report that the indicator achievement rate was exceeded by 42.36 percentage points , reaching 142.36%. The projected professional effectiveness level of 55% was also achieved at 62.64%.
The project under Sub-Measure 8.1.2 "Support for adaptation and modernisation processes in the region" is implemented in a national partnership. The partnership leader is FFW, and the partners are the POLPROM Foundation for the Promotion of Social Initiatives and the City of Warsaw, on whose behalf the Warsaw Employment Office acts.
