The Capital Career Center was a project aimed at increasing the chances of maintaining employment status for 80 individuals living or working in Warsaw who were scheduled for layoff or at risk of layoff due to employer-related reasons. The project concluded on September 30, 2015.
After 100 days of the completion of the “Capital Career Center” project, and in accordance with project reporting guidelines, the project team summarized the results and officially informed the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (MJWPU) of the achievement of the employment effectiveness indicator, which was monitored for another three months after the project’s completion.
We are pleased to announce that the indicator’s achievement rate was exceeded by 42.36 percentage points, reaching 142.36%. The projected professional effectiveness level of 55% was also achieved at 62.64%.
This goal was achieved through various forms of support, such as counseling, workshops, vocational training, business preparation, and financial and advisory support for this activity.
