Improving the competences of OWES staff (Macroregion IV)

"Improving the competences of OWES staff in Macroregion IV" is a project aimed at strengthening the support system for social economy entities (SEE) by increasing the competences of the staff of Social Economy Support Centers (OWES). The initiative includes training, mentoring, nationwide networking training for management staff, and study trips for OWES staff.

The aim of the project is strengthening the support system for PES by increasing the competences of OWES staff in the field of service standards and public procurement, as well as in the areas resulting from the diagnosis of OWES needs, in relation to the employee and the needs of the institution.

In the current edition, it covers Macroregion IV, i.e.:

  • Pomeranian Voivodeship
  • Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship
  • West Pomeranian Voivodeship

The project offers:

  • Preparation of training programs and conducting training and consulting (in the form of mentoring)
  • Nationwide networking training for OWES management staff
  • Study trip to Social Economy Entities in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship.

Additional Information

"It was interesting and useful to share experiences, knowledge, and solutions, including those enabling us to maintain liquidity in the current economic climate. An additional benefit was the group's integration and the new, useful contacts," said a project participant.

Project implementation period: April 1, 2020 – March 31, 2023

  • Total project value: PLN 890,500.00
