A political scientist and expert in project management, European funds, and civil society development, he completed postgraduate studies in project management at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and participated in the EUROSIM research program at the State University of New York in Fredonia (USA). He holds a PRINCE2 certificate and has extensive experience in Project Cycle Management and project management in non-governmental organizations.
He has been involved in the civic organizations sector for over 25 years, co-founding and leading numerous foundations and associations. He specializes in managing large projects financed from EU and national funds, focusing on the development of social innovation, the social economy, and regional development. He collaborates with the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy, the Marshal’s Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, the Academy for the Development of Philanthropy in Poland, and the Polish-American Freedom Foundation, among others. He has worked as an expert and academic lecturer, gaining experience in government (Ministry of Funds) and local government administration, as well as in business. From 2010 to 2014, he served as Vice-Chairman and Secretary of the Masovian Council for Public Benefit Activities, and from 2016 to 2023, Vice-Chairman of the Masovian Committee for the Development of Social Economy. Since 2015, he has been a member of committees monitoring programs implementing European funds at the national and regional levels, and since 2024, a member of the Council of the National Institute of Freedom – Centre for the Development of Civil Society. He co-founded the National Council of the Network of Social Economy Support Centers, supporting the development of innovative tools for non-profit organizations.
He serves on the board of the Europa i My Association and on the Program Council of the Forum of Young Diplomats. For his work, he was awarded the Pro Mazovia medal, the Golden Bogoria, and the bronze honorary badge “Meritorious Honorary Blood Donor, Third Degree.” He is the author and co-author of numerous publications on project management, participation, and European integration. He is an expert in obtaining and effectively utilizing European funds in the non-governmental sector. In his free time, he is a father, traveler, marathon runner, and community activist. He spends his free time hiking, sailing, photography, running, and beekeeping.
