Her journey with EU funds began in 1998 in the Department of Coordination and Monitoring of Foreign Aid at the Office of the Committee for European Integration. From 2003, she served as Deputy Director of the Department of Implementation of the European Social Fund in the current Ministry of Family and Social Policy, the Intermediate Body for the SOP HRD.
From 2006 to 2018, she was Director of the Department of Human Resources Development in Enterprises at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, a beneficiary of projects co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Human Capital Operational Programme (PO KL) and the Power Generation Programme (KE). She served as project manager in the areas of entrepreneurship, enterprise adaptability, continuing and workplace learning, and monitoring employer competency needs. She participated in the creation of numerous lasting systemic solutions, such as the Competency Council System, the Development Services Database, and the Human Capital Balance research project in collaboration with the Jagiellonian University.
Since 2018, she has worked at the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy as Deputy Director of the Department of Support and Development Programs, the Managing Authority for the POIR and FENG programs.
She is open to collaboration and dialogue with organizations from the science, education, and non-governmental sectors. She has extensive experience in conducting public consultations with social and economic partners, as well as civil society organizations.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, she completed the “European Integration Studies” program at the National School of Public Administration (KSAP), implemented in cooperation with the Ecole Nationale d’Administration in France. She has completed internships at the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the United Kingdom, at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Regional Policy, and at the Japanese Agency for International Cooperation.
In her professional life, she has lectured at universities and conducted training sessions, presented to international bodies, written articles and publications, and appeared in the media.
She is fascinated by the process of building policies and effective public interventions – with and for people. In her free time, she loves cycling and hiking in the mountains, exploring new places and meeting new people.
She is the mother of two independent-minded daughters.
