The project aimed to create and test public participation models that actively engage local communities, ensuring they are not only recipients but also co-creators of solutions developed with the authorities. Activities focused on four areas: entrepreneurship, employment, social integration, and sustainable development. The project, co-financed by the European Social Fund, was implemented in 108 municipalities across Poland between 2009 and 2014.
