Pursuant to the tripartite agreement concluded between the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) , the Information Processing Centre – National Research Institute (OPI) and the Cooperation Fund Foundation, the Foundation performs technical activities related to the verification of payment applications on-site at the beneficiary's premises.

Verification is performed using an internal IT system, which increases the time and financial efficiency of the project.

In accordance with the annex to the agreement concluded on 1 October 2013, the Foundation is settled on a flat-rate basis (rate per report) and the document circulation system has been simplified by resigning from preparing the report in paper form and using a certified electronic signature to sign the reports.

The Public Sector Support Office is responsible for the implementation of tasks.
