Foundation’s know-how

Dodano:

The Foundation’s new year has begun quite intensively. In accordance with internal standards, employees conduct monitoring activities in accordance with specific work principles and values. One of these is the continuous improvement of employee competencies and qualifications. Most employees regularly and continuously improve their skills by participating in postgraduate studies, various courses, and workshops. However, a new approach at FFW is to increase the emphasis on the systematic internal flow of knowledge and know-how between employees. In the first weeks of January, internal meetings organized by the Public Sector Support Office staff were held. They were entirely dedicated to standardizing the approach and systematizing the knowledge of audit team members performing audits under contracts with Intermediate Bodies.

Representatives of the National Centre for Research and Development, the Information Processing Centre, and the Authority Implementing European Programmes also participated in the meetings.

The meetings were held in a workshop format, during which the entire 40-person team worked on problematic case studies they encountered during their work with beneficiaries, such as patent settlements, various forms of leasing, and so on.

The aforementioned meetings of the Public Sector Support Office staff were the first in a series of meetings, the subsequent rounds of which will be held quarterly.

Meeting of Auditors – External Experts
January also saw the first meeting of the team of authorized auditors, who will support employees performing audits and inspections. Seventeen highly qualified specialists have become familiar with the specifics and standards of work at the Foundation, as well as with the requirements of clients. Starting in February of this year, they will join the team of regular employees, conducting inspections and verifications.
