We present to you the Report summarizing another year of the Cooperation Fund Foundation’s operations. This document presents our achievements, summarizes the effectiveness of managing the funds entrusted to us, and outlines the direction the Foundation will take in the coming years.
2013 was primarily a year of continued activities and the achievement of the goals set for 2012. We completed most of the restructuring processes that had been ongoing since 2012. The most significant event in this area was the implementation of the final stage of outsourcing. After outsourcing support processes such as cleaning, security, and IT support to specialized entities, the time came to outsource accounting. We entrusted these tasks to the experienced and respected Grant Thornton. They currently support the Foundation in the areas of human resources, payroll, and accounting. Thanks to this solution, we have access to the latest knowledge, know-how, and tools such as a dedicated IT system. This solution has allowed us to positively improve the ratio of service to professional staff, which currently stands at 6:80.
