The model was developed by the Cooperation Fund Foundation and the POLPROM Foundation for the Promotion of Social Initiatives as part of a project of the same title co-financed by the Human Capital Operational Programme – Priority VI Labour market open to all, Measure 6.2 Support and promotion of entrepreneurship and self-employment.
