We present recommendations for labor market institutions aimed at increasing the effectiveness of support offered to young people in the labor market. These recommendations were developed by the Partnership for Supporting Youth, established as part of the project “Recommendations for Increasing the Scope and Relevance of Professional Activation of Young People in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship” (PO WER 2014-2020) in response to a call for proposals announced by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy.
