All project activities are focused on developing solutions for medium-sized enterprises that will help transform your company into a friendly and attractive place for current and new employees.

Why is this important?
Because companies that apply standards of equal opportunities for women and men in the workplace are companies that:
…achieve better economic results because they are able to fully utilize the potential of their employees;
… are better evaluated by employees, thus reducing the risk of staff turnover;
… are attractive to potential job candidates, so they attract people with the highest qualifications;
… build the brand of an employee-friendly company;
…reduce the risk of complaints and lawsuits regarding discrimination in the workplace.
If you want your company to join the ranks of those building their potential and competitive advantage based on the resources of women and men employed within the company, we invite you to participate in the "Equality in Business" project – solutions for medium-sized companies . The project aims to develop practical solutions that complement the company's HR and HR policies while also supporting equal opportunities for women and men in the workplace. Inspired by solutions already used by large companies, these solutions will be adapted to the specific financial, HR, and organizational needs of medium-sized companies.
We invite companies employing 50 to 249 people to participate in the project. Participation is completely free .
What do we offer as part of the project?
- Training to gain knowledge about legal provisions related to equal treatment in the workplace and to learn about good practices that enhance the business benefits of having a gender-diverse team.
- Business consulting consisting of individual expert support for companies so that they can independently develop their own equality solutions tailored to their needs and circumstances.
- E-learning training enabling the education of employees on equal treatment in the workplace, while reducing the risk of undesirable behaviour in the workplace.
- Free tools for use within the company, complementing existing HR policies and fostering an employee-friendly environment. These tools will include: an internal company audit tool, document templates (e.g., regulations and procedures), educational infographics, educational videos, and an equality training program for businesses, along with a complete set of training materials.
- The "Equality in Business" competition promotes companies that implement solutions for equal opportunities for women and men in the workplace.
What benefits does a company get by deciding to participate in the project?
- Conducting a free internal audit of the company without the involvement of external persons, based on which the company will independently identify areas in which equality standards are implemented and those in which changes are necessary.
- Free use of tools enabling the implementation of equality solutions in the company, which are tailored to its needs and provide a response to the problems and challenges occurring in the company.
- Independent development of equality solutions appropriate to the financial, organizational and human resources capabilities of the company.
- Implementation of the solutions developed with the support of project experts.
- Building a company image focused on the needs of its employees.
- Mass media promotion of companies whose best practices were recognized in the competition. I would add "in the mass media and in the business community who have become equal opportunity leaders."
- Educating employees in the company to reduce the risk of undesirable and illegal situations and behaviors.
- A real reduction in the risk of complaints and lawsuits regarding unequal treatment in the workplace.
