"Mazowsze Lokalnie" is a micro-grant project aimed at young non-governmental organizations and informal and self-help groups in the Masovian Voivodeship. Its goal is to increase the involvement of Masovian residents in public life – encouraging local communities, associations, and foundations to work for the common good.
The program features open competitions, similar to national ones, but limited to small, grassroots initiatives in the Masovia region. Grants ranging from PLN 2,000 to PLN 7,000 are available.
The grant competition is supported by animation and educational activities, thanks to which participants can, among other things, develop organizational skills and expand their knowledge about implementing social projects.
The project is co-financed from the government’s Civic Initiatives Fund Programme NOWEFIO and the budget of the Mazovian Voivodeship Government as part of the Mazovia Locally programme implemented by the Cooperation Fund Foundation together with partners – the Europe and Us Association, the Social Initiatives Movement Service Office Association ( BORIS), and the Local Culture and Activity Centre Association in Krzesko (SOKiAL) .
Project goal:
Increasing the involvement of Masovia's residents in public life and in their communities, both in small towns with limited access to material resources and in large cities. Supporting community animation and educational activities.
