The Cooperation Fund Foundation, together with two organizations – the Polish Foundation of Economic Development Support Centers OIC Poland (Project Leader) and the Rural Development Forum (FAOW), obtained funding for the implementation of the project called "Activity Forum of Social Economy Support Centers" , which will be financed from the funds of the Knowledge Education Development Operational Program 2014-2020 (Priority Axis II, Measure 2.9 Development of social economy).
The aim of the project will be:
– networking Social Economy Support Centers and coordinating the cooperation of accredited OWES networks with other networks, and supporting OWES with tools for the ongoing exchange of information and experiences, as well as coordinating activities within the OWES network, coordinating activities between the OWES network and other networks with interests/activities aligned with the social economy sector, such as KSU, ODR, LGD, LGU, etc. The task will also include nationwide networking meetings (3 meetings: 2017, 2018, 2019) and thematic/sectoral networking meetings (16 meetings) for key staff of accredited OWES (animators, key advisors, key business advisors, advisor support staff, PES and PS monitoring staff, and staff responsible for coordinating partnership departments). The Cooperation Fund Foundation and the Rural Activation Forum will be responsible for implementing the aforementioned tasks;
– Improving the competencies of OWES staff (training, consulting) in the area of OWES service standards and in preparing OWES consultants to support PES in the public procurement process. The OIC Poland Foundation will be responsible for this task.
