The next edition of the Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge project, which has been supporting the development of startups and technology companies from Ukraine since 2018, will begin in December 2024. The project is implemented by the Cooperation Fund Foundation in cooperation with the CEE Startup Bridge Foundation . The project is financed by the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy from the "Polish Aid" program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
Acceleration for startups in the critical infrastructure sector
One of the key elements of the 2024-2026 edition of PUSB 3.0 is an acceleration program aimed at startups from critical industries such as energy, transportation, healthcare, digital infrastructure, waste management, and many others. The initiative not only supports the development of innovative technologies but also contributes to improving the quality of life in Ukraine. Modern solutions in these areas can increase access to energy, improve transport infrastructure, strengthen the healthcare system, and accelerate the country's reconstruction after the devastation of war. Thanks to this, PUSB has a long-term impact on Ukraine's economic and social stability. In 2025, 10 of the most promising startups will be selected and will receive substantive and financial support for the development of their technologies and products. Startups that successfully complete the acceleration process can count on further support and investments in 2026. Each participant can receive funding of up to PLN 100,000 (approximately EUR 23,000) .

Startup Ecosystem Report and Innovation Support
Since 2021, as part of the Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge project, we have been publishing a comprehensive report on the innovation support ecosystem in Ukraine , providing a valuable source of knowledge for investors and institutions supporting technological development in the region. In this edition, the project aims to continue this initiative through collaboration with key partners from Poland and Ukraine. The report will not only analyze the current situation but also showcase the most promising startups and their potential in European markets.
Kyiv Tech Hub – an international stage for Ukrainian startups
Kyiv Tech Hub is an annual conference organized as part of the Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge, which for years has been a platform for exchanging experiences and establishing business contacts between Ukrainian startups and investors from Central and Eastern Europe.
During PUSB 3.0, startups that have completed the acceleration program will have the opportunity to present their solutions to a wide audience of experts and potential investors. The top five will receive further support in 2026.
The conference will also be an opportunity for networking, industry meetings and establishing strategic business partnerships.
Support and development for the reconstruction of Ukraine
The current edition of PUSB is particularly important in the context of Ukraine's reconstruction and strengthening its economy through the development of modern technologies. Supporting startups from strategic sectors not only contributes to Ukraine's innovative development but also strengthens Polish-Ukrainian economic and technological cooperation.
