This year’s edition of the Masovia Development Forum brought together nearly 60 partners from across the country and showed how European Funds for Masovia and innovations support the development of the region and the everyday lives of its inhabitants. The Forum couldn’t help but address the topic of security – one of the most important challenges of our time.
During a workshop organized as part of the Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge (PUSB) project, in collaboration with FarsightVision, we discussed how modern drone systems support infrastructure protection and the safety of civilians.
Under the “Long Table” format, as part of the “Social Premium” project, we discussed improving the accessibility of social services – what security means in the context of illness, old age, and disability, and how the system of services provided by the state and local governments can be improved.
In addition to the workshops, we held numerous discussions with Forum participants, presenting our most important projects.
The Cooperation Fund Foundation has been actively supporting the development of the Masovia region for 35 years, operating at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship, and the social economy.
Our daily initiatives include:
MOWES – the Masovian Center for Social Economy Support, creating new jobs for people at risk of exclusion;
Masovian Center for Advisory Support (MCWD) and Mazowsze Lokalnie (Local Mazovia), strengthening local governments and social organizations throughout the region;
Innovations in Local Government – implementing modern solutions in local government units;
Education Loans, offering funds for adult activation and education.
