An economist and graduate of the TROP Business Trainers School and the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development, she specializes in collaborating with entities implementing projects financed by the European Union (local governments, entrepreneurs, and non-governmental organizations).

An experienced trainer and advisor (accredited by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development since 2004). Trainer (2003-2007) and consultant (2006-2007) for the National System of Services for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, operating within the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. From 2005-2007, she was a trainer and advisor to the Regional Center of the European Social Fund (accredited by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development).

He has experience in implementing projects financed from the state budget, local governments, and the EU, such as the Phare 2003 Program and structural funds: SOP HRD, IROP, and PO KL (FIO, Phare 2003, SOP HRD 1.6, SOP HRD 1.1, IROP 2.3, LEADER+; EQUAL, PO KL: 6.1.1, 8.1.1, 8.1.2, 9.1.2, 9.2, 9.5). Programs designed for the unemployed, those at risk of job loss, job seekers, and those leaving agriculture, as well as programs focused on the development of rural areas and institutions applying for EU funds, including the Local Development Center – Regional ESF Training Center in Podkarpacie (2005-2006) and the Regional ESF Center in Rzeszów (2007). Experience in building partnerships with local government units in the Masovian, Świętokrzyskie, and Podkarpackie Voivodeships to jointly implement projects co-financed by the European Union.

Practical skills in preparing project applications, knowledge of financial issues related to project implementation, accounting, and reporting, and familiarity with project management principles according to European Union standards.
