A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), with a major in international relations, and the Faculty of International Business Economics (SWES), with a major in foreign trade, she also completed postgraduate studies in public aid at the College of World Economy at the Warsaw School of Economics.

She has been associated with the Cooperation Fund Foundation since 2010. From 2010 to 2014, she was a member of the Polish team of the European Data and Expertise Network (ReferNet) and the working group on quality. She co-implemented projects under the Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation and Erasmus+ programs. She was involved in projects under the Human Capital Operational Programme, Priority VIII, Sub-Measure 8.1.2., in the area of entrepreneurship and business start-ups, including incubation and building entrepreneurship models. She also participated in the Regional Operational Programme of the Łódź Voivodeship (support for entrepreneurship in non-repayable forms), and projects under the PO WER programme regarding youth activation and the social economy.

A lover of her own dog and other animals, she discovers the athlete in herself by practicing Nordic walking.
