The project "Incubation and Support of Social Economy in the Radom subregion – IWES 5" is implemented as part of the operation of mOWES (Mazovian Centre for Support of Social Economy).
The activities are aimed at people in difficult life situations and significantly distant from the labor market, as well as at entities and the environment of the social economy sector from the Radom subregion (poviats: Białobrzegi, Kozienice, Lipsko, Przysucha, Radom, the city of Radom, Szydłowiec and Zwoleń).

The main objective of the project is to improve active social inclusion and increase employability, in particular of people at risk of social exclusion indicated in Article 2, point 6) of the Act on Social Economy, through comprehensive support for the development of the social economy (SE) and business support for newly established and existing social enterprises (PS) in the area of the provision of social services and the green economy in the Radom subregion in the period 01.01.2024-31.12.2027.
The project includes, among others:
- creation of 121 jobs in newly established and existing social enterprises ,
- assistance in starting paid public benefit activities or business activities by at least 15 organizations from the subregion ,
- professionalization of local PES and PS by providing advisory and/or specialist support , services tailored to the needs of the entity, at least 40 PES,
- financing at least 24 initiatives for the development of social economy that will promote social economy ideas in local communities,
- organization of 4 conferences promoting ES (including the Social Economy Day).
We focus on an innovative approach to cross-sectoral partnerships and intensive local animation.
We engage local governments, NGOs, labor market institutions, and local entrepreneurs in our work to support social economy entities. Our services supporting the development of the social economy include, in addition to financial assistance, training, consulting, expert services, study visits, grants for social economy initiatives, and support for local animators in social economic activities.

- actively operating social economy entities from the Radom subregion,
- people interested in establishing a Social Economy Entity, people in a difficult life situation and far from the labor market
- the environment of the social economy sector – local government units, non-governmental organizations, labor market institutions and entrepreneurs
