The Cooperation Fund Foundation, in connection with the implementation of the project "Incubation and support for the social economy in the Ciechanów and Ostrołęka subregions – IWES-5", is seeking a candidate for the position of: Recruitment Specialist. Reference number: 01/DWES/CO/FFW/2024
Place of work: Ciechanów and Ostrołęka subregions (counties: Ciechanów, Płońsk, Pułtusk, Mława, Żuromin, Ostrołęka, Ostrołęka, Ostrów, Przasnysz, Maków, Wyszków). mOWES has offices in Ostrołęka and Ciechanów – work in the above-mentioned counties.
Responsibilities of a recruitment specialist:
- active search and recruitment of project participants in accordance with applicable regulations and other organizational documents
- verification of application documents in terms of meeting the eligibility criteria of participants
- assistance in completing application forms for candidates: natural and legal persons
- organization of recruitment meetings
- searching and recruiting local leaders, assisting in the formation of initiative groups
- providing information to candidate participants about the mOWES offer at meetings
- individual and group, informing participants about the recruitment criteria
- organization of the recruitment process – including preparation and discussion with clients of mOWES, recruitment regulations, arranging meetings for candidates with other members of the project staff
- supervision of the work of the recruitment committee (KOW)
- informing participants about their qualification for the project
- preparation of summaries and reports on recruitment
- cooperation with animators and the entire mOWES team
We expect candidates to:
- higher education
- having a category B driving license and your own car – a necessary condition, because
- The performance of official duties will be carried out mainly by commuting to
- mOWES clients (the project includes reimbursement of business travel expenses, settled as a "kilometer allowance")
- experience in implementing ESF and ESF+ projects
- knowledge of social economic issues, practical knowledge preferred
- experience (min. 1 year) in a position related to recruitment, HR, the labor market or local animation
- conscientiousness, independence, creativity, responsibility and availability
- interpersonal and communication skills
- proficient computer skills in MS Office
- knowledge of the SL program is welcome, especially the Monitoring Form module
