We are looking for experts to provide advice, consultations, training and information meetings on the outsourcing of social services by local government units to social economy entities.

The Cooperation Fund Foundation is implementing the “Social Premium” project, which supports the development of services
Social services by encouraging local governments to outsource services to local partners: associations, foundations, and other social economy entities. Therefore, we are looking for experts to provide advice, consultations, training, and informational meetings on outsourcing social services by local government units to social economy entities.

We are looking for people to join our team of training and consulting experts.

TASKS
1. Development of a plan and methods for the implementation of training and consulting services provided to
JST.
2. Participation in encouraging local government units to take advantage of the offer of the "Social Premium" project.
3. Cooperation in the preparation and co-conduct of training, information meetings and
consultations for local government units.
4. Co-creating a knowledge base and sharing knowledge about good practices regarding
cooperation between PES and local government units.
5. Consultation on social services and providing financing in the form of
grants for local government units, as part of the "Social Premium" project.
6. Consulting on building cooperation between local government units and public economic entities in the field of service provision
social.
7. Cooperation in preparing and conducting webinars and providing the necessary support
used in the implementation of social service orders.
8. Cooperation with other experts and the project team – knowledge exchange, participation
in internal meetings and workshops.
9. Support in the interpretation of provisions and definitions relating to social services according to
guidelines for the implementation of projects with the participation of ESF+ funds in regional
programs for 2021 – 2027.
10. Participation and support in developing a concept for consolidating the project effects among local government units.

REQUIREMENTS
● Higher education
● Category B driving license, car available
● Experience in working with European funds
● Experience (min. 5 years) in the implementation of social services on local markets
● Experience in working or cooperating with local government units in the field of social services,
● Experience in implementing and/or developing local service development processes

● Cooperation with social economy entities and/or units such as ROPS, OWES, CUS
● Experience in providing training or consulting in the field of social services and economics
social, diagnosing local needs in the field of social services, contracting
social services or public tasks
● Possession of a certificate confirming completion of a coaching course
● Ability to use remote work tools
● Knowledge of the current policy of the social assistance system, knowledge of the Act on
social economy, knowledge of the content of strategic documents and programs, i.e. the Act
implementation, national programmes 2021-27, ESF Plus programme guidelines and programmes
regional 2021-27, and Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving ESF Plus funds
in regional programs for 2021-2027
