Creating new jobs in the Radom subregion – are you and your social enterprise ready? If so, great! In connection with the implementation of the project entitled “Incubation and Support of the Social Economy in the Radom subregion – IWES 5,” the Masovian Social Economy Support Center – run by the Cooperation Fund Foundation – is announcing a call for financial support for creating and maintaining jobs in social enterprises! The stakes are high – a social enterprise that meets all the criteria can receive up to PLN 740,000 in non-repayable financial support. Don’t miss this opportunity – applications are open only until July 21, 2024! “The competition is aimed at both individuals and entities ready to establish new jobs and increase employment in existing social enterprises in the Radom subregion,” emphasizes Justyna Jakubiak, mOWES project manager. She adds: “The maximum amount of non-repayable support per job, including rates for job creation and maintenance, if all criteria are met, can reach up to PLN 73,912.” It’s also significant that funding can be obtained for 10 new jobs—instead of five, as was the case previously. These are significant changes compared to previous competitions, which I hope will allow social entrepreneurs from the Radom subregion to build their market position more effectively.
But new jobs aren’t everything. What matters most are the people—often after many hardships—who, thanks to new jobs, are trying to reinvent themselves in life and the labor market. With this in mind, social enterprises can also take advantage of a new instrument in our offer: reintegration support in the amount of PLN 12,900 per employee, defined in the Regulations.” “All this is to help them acquire new skills and qualifications and better prepare employees for new professional challenges,” emphasizes Agnieszka Sekulska, an animator at the Masovian Social Economy Support Center in the Radom subregion.
