Informational meetings regarding the “Social Premium” project are underway across Poland for representatives of local government units, Social Economy Support Centers, social economy entities, and Regional Social Policy Centers. Meetings in Warsaw, Lublin, Szczecin, and Poznań have already taken place. We invite you to the following events: Łódź — July 2, Kraków — July 3, Katowice — July 3, Olszyn — July 9, Gdańsk — July 10. During the meetings, we discuss the principles of the “Social Premium” mechanism, the benefits of its implementation, timelines, and rules for applying for grants. Participants can learn more about solutions for commissioning and delivering social services by PES in the regions.
The Social Premium is an innovative mechanism supporting the development of the local social services market. Its main goal is to encourage local governments to commission these services to social economy entities. They can do this by awarding a public procurement contract or entrusting a public task. By choosing this option, each local government unit can apply for a grant covering up to 25-70% of the value of the commissioned services. The maximum grant amount is PLN 350,000.
The “Social Premium” project is co-financed under the European Funds for Social Development program 2021-2027. The Cooperation Fund Foundation is responsible for implementing the mechanism.
