A new project of the Cooperation Fund Foundation – Support for the Albanian Audit Office

Based on the agreement signed on 29 February 2016 between the Supreme Audit Office and the Cooperation Fund Foundation, the International Cooperation Office will provide administrative and financial support for the twinning agreement implemented by the Supreme Audit Office for the Audit Office in Albania. The Polish-Croatian project encompasses assistance in virtually all areas of the Albanian Audit Office’s activities, including IT support, financial control, and corruption prevention. The Cooperation Fund Foundation will be responsible for project financial management, budget execution analysis, and project settlement with the Albanian Finance and Contracting Unit. Additionally, the Foundation will handle the administrative and financial formalities, including organizing expert visits and accounting. The contract will be implemented over a minimum period of 24 months, and its value is EUR 2,000,000.
