Call for applications for grants and bridging support under IWES

Dodano:

In connection with the implementation of the “Incubation and Support of the Social Economy” projects in the Ciechanów and Ostrołęka subregions, applications are being accepted for financial support for the creation of jobs in both newly established and existing social enterprises, as well as in social economy entities, provided they are transformed into a social enterprise. Initiative groups receiving training and consulting support qualified for the IWES project can apply for funding. The condition for applying for the grant and bridge support is that all members of the initiative group complete the training and consulting module (interpersonal communication workshops and workshops on the operation of social enterprises, as well as business consulting during business plan development).

The maximum grant amount for a single social enterprise is five times the cost of creating a single job position. This means that each applicant can create up to five jobs for individuals furthest from the labor market, receiving a grant of up to PLN 55,000. Additionally, there is the option of receiving financial bridge support, which will be paid for six months at up to PLN 800 gross per person per month.

IWES projects are implemented as part of the mOWES (Mazovian Social Economy Support Center), operated in partnership with the National Environmental and Social Movement. The activities are aimed at people in difficult life situations and significantly removed from the labor market, as well as at social economy entities and stakeholders in the Ciechanów and Ostrołęka subregions. Applications for grants and bridging support will be accepted until February 20, 2017.
