In July, a parliamentary bill amending the Labor Code was submitted to the Sejm, expanding the definition of mobbing. Mobbing would also include “differentiating pay based on an employee’s gender.” Although experts’ opinions on how to implement changes in this area are divided, there is no doubt that efforts to reduce the gender pay gap are a worthwhile initiative, and it’s worth learning more about it.
