After more than three years, the Social Impact Vouchers project, which supported women in Poland in re-entering the workforce, is coming to an end. Thanks to the work. Her program, 10 women found employment last year. The work. Her program was aimed, on the one hand, at women who had lost their jobs due to COVID-19 or wanted to return to work after a long break, and on the other, at companies conducting responsible recruitment processes. Based on various analyses, we believed that including them in the workforce would benefit companies, the economy, and society as a whole.
work. Her is a project conducted as part of an EU initiative, and Poland is one of eight countries where Social Impact Funds are being established, accumulating social and financial capital used to support selected groups in re-entering the labor market. The other partner countries are Germany, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.
In Poland, the project was implemented jointly by the Cooperation Fund Foundation and the Rzeszów Regional Development Agency.
