The second round of applications is now open! Municipalities and counties can receive up to PLN 500,000 to provide real support to residents. Starting June 22, local governments can apply for grants. Up to PLN 500,000 is available to support seniors, people with disabilities, children, youth, and others in need. Applications can be submitted from June 23 to July 22, 2025.
Who is eligible?
Local governments seeking to develop local social services, reduce the burden on their own organizational units, and collaborate with social economy entities.
What does the “Social Premium” offer?
Financial support of up to PLN 500,000,
Coverage of up to 90% of implementation costs,
Applications can be submitted multiple times until funds are exhausted,
Point-based preferences for municipalities and counties with greater needs – including those with a low share of out-of-pocket expenses, higher unemployment, or the number of people receiving social assistance.
More points will be awarded to local governments that:
collaborate with Social Service Centers (+15 points),
outsource tasks to social enterprises (+20 points),
work for communities with the greatest needs (+up to 40 points).
