HERMES – a new tool of the Public Sector Support Office

Since March, the Cooperation Fund Foundation has had a new tool designed to facilitate collaboration between the Foundation and its partners. HERMES is a modern IT system that streamlines the implementation of agreements for the verification of accounting documents signed under the Innovative Economy Operational Programme with the National Centre for Research and Development, the Information Processing Centre, the Ministry of Economy, and the Authority Implementing European Programmes. The main purpose of the database is to streamline the flow of documentation and information between the Intermediate Bodies/Implementing Institutions of the POIG program and the Cooperation Fund Foundation. HERMES is an online system utilizing advanced programming solutions, allowing secure access for authorized employees of the Cooperation Fund Foundation from anywhere in Poland.

The system is designed to be expandable – it allows for the addition and modification of additional modules for new projects implemented by the Cooperation Fund, as well as the functionality of electronic document signing. Thanks to these solutions, the new tool is functional and significantly simplifies the process of implementing tasks related to a given contract, including directly at the beneficiary’s premises.
