We are pleased to announce that, by decision of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy, OWES, which we run in conjunction with the National Ecological and Social Movement, has been awarded the status of a High-Quality Social Economy Support Center.
In September 2015, the three-stage accreditation process for Social Economy Support Centers conducted by the National Social Economy Support Center, based on the provisions of the National Social Economy Development Program and the recommendation of the Accreditation Committee, was completed.
As a Social Economy Support Center, we met the requirements specified in the Standards for Social Economy Support Centers and completed all stages of the accreditation process specified in the OWES Accreditation Process Regulations. As part of this process, our application was positively assessed. We underwent an external audit conducted by an auditing firm and participated in a verification interview before the Accreditation Committee. What makes us particularly unique is that we received 311 out of 312 possible points in the audit, meeting 99.67% of the criteria.
The AKSES accreditation is valid for two years from the date of issue. During this time, OWES is obligated to adhere to the standards of operation and services offered, as defined by the Accreditation Committee and approved by the Minister of Labor and Social Policy.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Policy oversees accredited Social Economy Support Centers, and a list of accredited OWES is available on the AKSES accreditation system website.
This accreditation is the culmination of our many years of work supporting the development of the social economy, cooperatives, and social innovation, not only in the Mazovia region. We would like to thank all our partners, collaborators, and organizations who, especially recently, assisted us in preparing and navigating this challenging process.
We invite you to cooperate and use our services.
