An evaluator and social researcher, she graduated in social policy from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in evaluation (2010) and urban revitalization (2016).
To date, she has served as a research team member for the systemic project PO KL 1.18, which focused on creating standards for social services (2009-2014); in 2014, as a national expert for the PESSIS 2 research project implemented by the University of Greenwich; in 2012, as a national expert collaborating with FEANTSA (a European federation of national organizations working on behalf of the homeless); and from 2016-19, as the Polish representative on the FEANTSA working group on participation.
For years, she has collaborated with local governments on developing development and revitalization strategies, fostering cooperation with non-governmental organizations, and conducting public consultations. She conducts research, develops diagnoses, and advises on participation and collaboration processes. She collaborates with non-governmental organizations, primarily conducting evaluation studies and seeking solutions to improve their operations. Her areas of interest in working with the third sector include homelessness and other social issues, building collaboration, participation, and operational effectiveness.
In her free time, she is involved in social activities and organizes Human Libraries in Warsaw.
