A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Central London College in London, and a postgraduate CSR program – Responsible Business Strategy at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
At FFW, Head of the Social Innovation Department, she combines managing social innovation projects, supporting initiatives that strengthen the social strength of enterprises (not only social), and building FFW’s relationships with businesses and other partners in developing new initiatives. She is a member of the Positive Figures Panel, established by Professor Bolesław Rok of Kozminski University as part of the Positive Impact Startup Ranking. She represented FFW in the CSR Working Group at the Ministry of Economy, and later at the Ministry of Development. She was a member of the jury of the Mazovian Brand of Entrepreneurship competition. She implemented projects supporting the development of the social economy, lifelong learning, and improving the quality of vocational education. Co-author of the concept for implementing a social impact bond model that addresses the challenges of vocational education and the labor market.
Combining her professional experience gained in national and international projects, she manages projects in the areas of social innovation, new financial instruments (social impact funds, social impact bonds), and entrepreneurship with positive social impact.
