He is a graduate of the Institute of Sociology at the University of Warsaw, where he also completed postgraduate studies in cultural marketing.
He gained professional experience implementing European funds at the Ministry of Infrastructure and then, for many years, at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, where he was involved in projects related to international cultural cooperation, among other things. At the Cooperation Fund Foundation since 2019, he has participated in projects related to international cooperation, public sector support, and social innovation.
In his private life, he is interested in music, sports, and history.
