A graduate of the Masovian University of Humanities and Pedagogy in Łowicz, majoring in Pedagogy – Resocialization, he also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Internal Audit and Management Control in Public Finance Sector Entities. He has been associated with the Foundation since 2005. He worked in teams (Financing and Contracting Unit, Office of Training and Personnel Coordination, Accounting and Finance Department, and IT Department) implementing Transition Facility and Equal. He co-founded the team responsible for verifying and auditing accounting documentation within Axis I, II, and VIII of the Innovative Economy Operational Programme (POIG). Since 2016, he has been building the Educational Projects Department, where he has collaborated on projects such as Recommendations for Labor Market Institutions, the Highest Quality Vocational School, and Accessible School. His personal interests include rugby, painting miniatures, and fantasy books.
