An economist (MBA), a specialist in local partnerships, he is qualified to serve on supervisory boards of state-owned companies – Ministry of the State Treasury. A member of the Monitoring Committee (since 2007) and the Masovian Innovation Council, he is a former vice-president of the Association of Employers of Warsaw and Masovia (currently Employers of Masovia). He is a graduate of the following studies: “MBA for Financiers” from the Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management (now ALK) in Warsaw; the Faculty of Economics and Organization – Radom University of Engineering; “Preparation and Management of European Union Projects” – Bielsko-Biała University of Business and Information Technology and the Institute of Business in Kalisz; “Evaluation of Programs Implemented with EU Funds” – Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management (now ALK) in Warsaw; “Project Management Using the PRINCE 2 Methodology” – Wszechnica Polska in Warsaw; and “Urban Revitalization – Organization and Financing” from the Warsaw School of Economics and the Jagiellonian University. He possesses extensive knowledge of project management, supported by certifications such as CAF (The Common Assessment Framework), PRINCE2 FOUNDATION (Project Management Methodology), European Funds Consultant (International Education Society certification), and local community activation: Regional Local Partnership Specialist – Worldwide Strategies, United States Embassy, Ministry of Economy, Labor and Social Policy, and the Institute for Local Cooperation and Partnership.

He gained professional experience working in public institutions, corporations, and implementing projects related to the broadly defined labor market and local partnerships, including: “Developing, supplementing, and updating information on professions and its dissemination using modern communication tools INFODORADCA+,” a partnership supporting young people established as part of the project “Recommendations for increasing the scope and relevance of professional activation of young people in the Masovian Voivodeship,” the Masovian Partnership for Social Economy, and as an expert for the “Tricity of Gardens Near Warsaw” Partnership.

Author or co-author of publications on the labor market, including “Equal Enterprise Management – Mazovian Equal Opportunities Company” – Warsaw 2012.

His interests include tourism – mountain and lowland hiking, sightseeing, including exploring abandoned places, photography, and the history of the beginnings of Polish statehood.
