The project "Incubation and Support of the Social Economy in the Radom Subregion – IWES 4" is implemented as part of the mOWES (Masovian Social Economy Support Center). Its activities are aimed at people in difficult life situations and significantly removed from the labor market, as well as at entities and stakeholders in the social economy sector in the Radom subregion (counties: Białobrzegi, Kozienice, Lipsko, Przysucha, Radom, Radom, Szydłowiec, and Zwoleń).
The "Incubation and Support of the Social Economy in the Radom Subregion – IWES 4" project aims to create 23 jobs in newly established and existing social enterprises, as well as to assist at least three organizations in the subregion in launching paid public benefit or business activities. We prioritize an innovative approach to cross-sectoral partnerships and intensive local animation.
We engage local governments, NGOs, labor market institutions, and local entrepreneurs in our work to support social economy entities. Our services supporting the development of the social economy include, in addition to financial assistance, training, consulting, expert services, study visits, grants for social economy initiatives, and support for local animators in social economic activities.
