Invitation to tender for reintegration services in the Radom subregion

The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:

Subject of the order:

0. 1. 1. 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of specialist services in the field of reintegration in connection with the implementation of the project "Incubation and Support of Social Economy in the Radom subregion – IWES 4", co-financed by the European Social Fund.
         2. Specialized reintegration services will be provided to clients of the Social Economy Support Center (OWES). The scope of services provided will include:
1. Participation in the recruitment process of candidates to participate in the project through:
   1. preparing surveys examining the social skills of potential participants,
   2. evaluation of surveys,
   3. conducting an individual interview to assess the predispositions and motivation of potential participants,
   4. preparing a recommendation for participation in the project, including possible comments on deficits to be compensated,
   5. participation in the work of the Recruitment Committee.
2. Participant support:
   1. developing an individual reintegration path for each participant and monitoring its implementation,
   2. conducting consultations and motivating participants (in particular to take up
      and maintaining employment),
   3. conducting meetings, classes and workshops (individual and group) developing soft skills and competencies needed on the labor market for people at risk of poverty and social exclusion,
   4. taking action in response to emerging difficulties, in particular those that may affect taking up and maintaining a job.
3. Cooperation with institutions:
   1. consultations and cooperation with the management staff of PES and PS in adapting the workplace to the individual needs and capabilities of the participant,
   2. cooperation with the OWES project staff,
   3. cooperating and establishing contacts with other aid institutions in order to solve current problems that may affect the project participant’s ability to take up and maintain employment.

The project "Incubation and Support of the Social Economy in the Radom Subregion – IWES 4", co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Regional Operational Programme for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (RPO WM) for 2014-2020. The project is implemented by the Cooperation Fund Foundation (Beneficiary).
