REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: Specialist (legal) consultancy – 11/BZP/DWES/FFW/2022

The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:

Subject of the order:

Providing specialist individual and/or group consultancy (hereinafter referred to as consultancy or service/services) for participants of the "Mazowiecki Economic Support Centre II" Project in the legal scope, i.e., among others:

• conducting business activities within the PS,
• legal aspects of activities in the sphere of social economy,
• direct and indirect taxes in PES activities,
• employer's obligations towards employees,
• inspection of social cooperatives,
• closing inactive PES and PS.

Source of financing: 

Project "Mazovian Social Economy Support Centre II" The task is co-financed from the funds of the Masovian Voivodeship.
