Due to the planned organisation of 3 conferences in a hybrid formula, as part of the Cooperation Paths project, the Cooperation Fund Foundation is asking for offers for the implementation of online broadcasts.

Subject of inquiry:
Comprehensive online broadcasting of three twin conferences for project participants. Only the formal portion will be broadcast (approximately 2-3 hours, with keynote presentations by several speakers and PowerPoint presentations). The conferences will be held on the following dates and locations:
- 17/02/2022 – Krakow
- 22/02/2022 – Warsaw
- 24/02/2022 – Poznań
Framework scope of work related to the organization and transmission of the conference:
- online broadcast of speeches by approx. x people (number to be determined)
- inscriptions (beams) under the speakers.
- image from at least two/three cameras (1x static widescreen, 1x close-up camera, possibly 1x mobile camera)
- mixer, image with presentation, ability to display a film from another source.
- sound system (microphones/microphone ports)
- stage lighting, LED bars, other
- recording of the whole thing,
- editing a report (shortened to 3/5 minutes, + hundreds with several people)?
- image broadcast on the website, FB and YT
- On-stage preview
Deadline for submission of offers:
Due to the very close conference dates, we kindly ask you to send us your framework offer as soon as possible, no later than Thursday, February 10, 2022, 11:59 p.m.

Supplement:
- Please send offers in GROSS amounts.
- The events will have a repeatable scenario (in general):
- assembly / preparation of the room and equipment
- 11:00 – full readiness / start of participant registration
- 12:00 -14:00 – official part, hybrid event (stationary + live broadcast)
- 14:00 – 15:00 – break for participants / DISMANTLING of transmission and sound equipment (the COMPANY must leave the room, end of work in the room)
- 15:00 – workshop part for participants
