BUSINESS PLAN COMPETITION FOR PARTICIPANTS FROM THE RECRUITMENT 15/09/2016 – 18/11/2016
The Cooperation Fund Foundation announces a call for applications for financial support for starting a business
Applications for a one-off grant for entrepreneurship development (2 sets) should be submitted between 13 and 17 February 2017 to the office of the "Success in Your Own Business" project at 51 Wólczańska Street, room no. 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
In case of sending documents by post, the date of submission of the application will be determined by the date of receipt by the project office.
Participants interested in receiving support should submit an Application for a one-off grant for entrepreneurship development with the following attachments:
- Application for financial bridging support.
- A declaration confirming the Participant's PESEL number.
- A declaration by the Participant that he/she undertakes to register a business activity within the specified period from the date of notification of the award of a one-off subsidy for the development of entrepreneurship.
- A business plan for a period of at least 2 years of the company’s operation, together with a material and financial schedule of the investment that is to be covered by a one-off grant for the development of entrepreneurship (two paper copies and an electronic (editable) version on a CD) – the order of the business plan pages: Business plan part 1 – title page, Business plan part 2 – budget, Business plan part 3 – sections d2-d5, material and financial schedule.
- A declaration of not receiving de minimis aid in the last 3 years or copies of certificates of previously granted de minimis aid, if such aid was granted.
Applications and attachments must be completed electronically.
The original documents must be dated and legibly signed by the Applicant.
All copies of documents submitted by Participants should be certified as true copies by:
– placing the clause "true to the original" on each page of the document together with the current date and the legible signature of the Applicant or
– placing on the first page of the document the clause "true copy from page 1 to page …." together with the current date and the Applicant's legible signature.
The CD attached to the Application should be described as follows:
- name and surname of the Applicant,
- Applicant's PESEL number,
- project title: "Success in your own business"
Two copies of the Applications together with the required attachments (2 originals or an original and a copy) must be permanently fastened, e.g. bound.
FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION WITHIN THE DEADLINE WILL RESULT IN ITS REJECTION.

Only individuals who have completed the training and consulting block and completed all planned hours of training and individual business consulting will be admitted to the business plan competition.
