Due to inquiries regarding similar requests for proposals (RFPs) for the Radom, Ciechanów, and Ostrołęka subregions, references 17/DWES/RAD/FFW/2017, 05/DWES/CIE/FFW/2017, and 10/DWES/OST/FFW/2017 , concerning the provision of IT and graphic services, we are providing clarifications below. The clarifications are also posted as attachments on separate subpages of the aforementioned requests. These requests were originally published in the Competitiveness Database and on the Cooperation Fund Foundation website on October 12, 2017, so the clarifications are being posted in both places and sent directly to the entities that received previous emails expressing interest in the RFP. The clarifications below do not increase the scope of work specified in the aforementioned RFPs.

I. Description of the subject of the contract:

1) Building a new website or rebuilding an existing one for up to 15 social enterprises (SEs). Scope of work:

ADDED CLARIFICATION as follows: "The website project does not include the provision or taking of photos, which will come from free stocks (making photos available under a Creative Commons license) or directly from social entrepreneurs."

5) Planning and implementing an online promotional campaign for up to 15 social enterprises (SEs).

a. Website positioning in the google.pl search engine (positioning must be maintained for a period of 6 months or 12 months in positions 1-10 for 5 keywords; the service includes analysis and selection of keywords and phrases).

ADDED EXPLANATION: "The start of maintaining the SEO status is defined as the date agreed upon with the Contractor, after the end of the campaign launch period, but no later than 7 months from the date of signing the contract. Please specify two prices – for local and nationwide SEO (unit prices for each social enterprise). The price also includes a website audit for SEO."

b. Google AdWords campaign (list of 10 keywords; the service includes analysis and selection of keywords and phrases).

ADDED EXPLANATION:

"The budget allocated for an AdWords campaign is understood as the total budget, which includes the costs associated with preparing the campaign itself – i.e., the analysis and selection of keywords, phrases, etc. – as well as the costs spent on campaign implementation itself. The reach of the campaign depends on the nature of the enterprise and the product (we will be advertising an entity or a product – most often locally). Prices must average the diverse nature of the advertised services/activities. Here, too, please specify a separate price for local and national reach for a single social enterprise."
