The person employed in this position will be a member of the team implementing the project "Cooperation Paths – support for entities implementing international cooperation" implemented under Priority Axis IV of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development, co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.
The project's goal is to support organizations implementing ESF-funded projects in expanding these projects with a transnational component, enabling them to improve existing mechanisms and create new solutions to problems in the areas of professional activation, lifelong learning, and the development and implementation of public policies. The animator's support is intended to encourage and prepare project promoters to apply for a grant for the international component.
We expect candidates to:
• higher education,
• experience in project implementation (experience in implementing transnational projects is welcome),
• great organizational skills,
• developed interpersonal and communication skills,
• independence and initiative,
• ability to work under time pressure,
• mobility and availability,
• category B driving license,
• knowledge of English is welcome.
The scope of an animator’s responsibilities includes in particular:
– finding and establishing contact with interested entities (i.e. potential grant recipients) and informing about subsequent activities undertaken in the project;
– conducting meetings and animation workshops with potential grant recipients;
– strengthening motivation to participate in the grant competition, including through invitations to regional animation meetings and animation workshops, as well as through individual work with grant recipients
– support for the interested entity in defining the area to be implemented in a transnational partnership;
– analysis of the needs of a specific entity interested in participating in the project in terms of the proper preparation of the application for the competition;
– helping the potential grantee in analysing their project activities under the ESF, including defining the problem/need in the perspective of the transnational component;
– recruitment for regional meetings and workshops;
– substantive preparation of animation meetings and workshops;
– participation in the preparation of project documents;
– organization of networking of grant recipients.
